We do something quite unique by allowing you, as a customer, to try the boots while riding for a whole month. If you’re not satisfied, you’ll get your money back.

The reason we can offer this trial period is that we understand how challenging it can be to order riding boots without having tried them first.

Here’s how it works:

1. After you pick up your riding boots, you can start using them.
2. If you’re not happy with the boots, contact us within 30 days from the date you received them.
3. Reach out to us at support@noohnooh.com and let us know what you’re not satisfied with.
4. Use the return shipping label you received with your order; if you’ve lost it, we can send you a new one.
5. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the riding boots.
