WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

The most important thing for us is that you love your NOOH NOOHs. Our mindset is that problems are meant to be solved.

IS THE RIDING BOOT TOO SMALL/LARGE IN THE FOOT?
Often, we can resolve fitting issues in the foot area by sending you new insoles and/or a heel wedge. If the boot feels a bit too large, a thicker insole will solve the problem perfectly. If the boot is slightly too tight, we can send a thinner insole, which will also resolve the issue. Therefore, it’s important that you contact us BEFORE returning the boot, as the problem can often be easily fixed by sending you new insoles.

You can try removing the insole at home to feel how much extra space your foot has. If you have a thinner insole at home, you can of course use that as well. Try to experiment to find what fits you best.

IS THE RIDING BOOT TOO HIGH?

The most important thing is that the riding boot is not too low; it's better for it to be too high than too low. If the boot feels a bit too high, we can send heel wedges that you can use initially.

HOW SIGNIFICANT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIZES?

Generally, you can think that if you go up one shoe size, e.g., from 39 to 40, the boot will also be 0.5 cm higher and 0.5 cm wider at the calf. If you go from 39 to 38, it will be 0.5 cm shorter and 0.5 cm tighter.

If you have, for example, a 39 2 HIGH and it feels very tight, and you wonder if the 39 3 HIGH would be better, you can expect that the difference between widths within the same shoe size varies by 1.5-2 cm. This is quite significant if you feel that the boot might be just a bit too tight. If you cannot zip up the boot at all, you should go up a size in the calf.

Another example might be if size 39 2 HIGH feels a bit too snug in the foot but is perfect in height and width. In this case, we should replace your insole so you get more room in your foot, and we won’t change anything else. Since we will be adding a thinner insole, the boot might become a few millimeters higher, but if that’s not desired, a heel wedge will solve that.

You can try removing the insole at home to feel how much extra space your foot has.

SWITCHING TO ANOTHER SIZE?

If you want to switch to a different size, please contact us first so we can reserve the other size for you. If you’re in a hurry to receive the new boots, we recommend placing a new order and then returning your other pair. This is much quicker than waiting for your return before we can send out the exchange.
