These general terms apply when you, as a consumer (hereinafter referred to as "you"), make purchases on and use the website noohnooh.com and other connected websites (hereinafter referred to as "the website"). These terms constitute an agreement between you and GROUND FORCE I AB, VAT number SE55559387523901 (hereinafter referred to as "NOOH NOOH" or "we"). By making a purchase and using this website, you accept these terms.

NOOH NOOH cannot be held liable for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We comply with the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59).

All prices are in the currency available for your selected country.

We reserve the right to make any price adjustments, availability changes, and corrections for obvious typographical errors at any time.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

We offer various local payment options depending on your location. All our payments are processed by Shopify. We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and Swish, among others. If you are under 18 years old, you will need parental approval for your purchase.

We offer PostNord for shipping within Sweden.

The shipping cost within Sweden is currently 49 SEK for orders under 499 SEK. For orders over 500 SEK, shipping is free.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is accurate and complete. Please note the importance of providing a correct email address and phone number. Failure to do so may result in not receiving essential information about your order.

Packages that are not collected will be returned to us, and your order will be refunded minus a fee of 350 SEK per unclaimed package.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. When your package is ready for pickup at the nearest collection point, you will receive another email or SMS. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information to receive these updates regarding your order.

IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes as defined by the importing country. Customs duties and taxes are not included in your NOOH NOOH order. NOOH NOOH is not responsible for fees associated with imports. All charges must be paid by the package recipient. Orders shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and not collected or rejected by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or returned to us. NOOH NOOH does not provide refunds for unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.

You have the right to try the riding boots for 30 days from the date you picked up your package. Within this period (30 days), you must notify us atsupport@noohnooh.com that you wish to return the riding boots.

For paddock boots and all other products, you have a 30-day return policy for unused items.

For returns on orders valued under 500 SEK, a return shipping fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from your refund. For orders over 500 SEK, the return is free. Please use the return label that you received in your package. If you choose to return the products using another method, you will be responsible for it.

The website and its content, including but not limited to products, images and graphics, product names, product descriptions, layout, design, and other content, may not be copied without written permission from NOOH NOOH.

NOOH NOOH cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar incidents that may occur while using our products.

All products remain the property of NOOH NOOH until full payment is received.

NOOH NOOH is not liable for any typographical errors or image errors on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect stock information, and prices. We reserve the right to edit and correct inaccurate information at any time.

Images on the website should be considered illustrative and may not accurately represent the exact appearance of the item or how many articles you will receive in your order.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. Please note that the colors in the images on our website may vary depending on your screen settings. The color may appear slightly different in reality.

We are happy to provide guidance on how to choose the right size for our products. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit until the products are tried on. NOOH NOOH reserves the right to cancel an order if extraordinary circumstances arise.

NOOH NOOH shall not be held liable for products selling out, delays, technical issues, changes in release dates, or incorrect product information.

In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market disputes, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, which affects entered into agreements and commitments on our part, and which means that we cannot keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall be the basis for NOOH NOOH being released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.

NOOH NOOH reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the website. Changes are effective from the time they are on the website and are available to you.
