SIZE CHART AND SIZE GUIDE

HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT

Here you will find our size chart, which is based on your leg measurements, not the boot's dimensions. This makes it easier for you to determine your size. The boot should feel tight when you first put it on, and below you can see what a perfect size might look like before the boot is broken in. There will be a relatively large gap.

The person in the picture has a calf circumference of 35 cm (13.8 inches) with riding pants and socks and a height of 48 cm (18.9 inches). The perfect size here is UK 6, 2 HIGH. Note how the boot fits before it is closed for the first time.

FAQ - FIT AND SIZE

IS THE RIDING BOOT TOO SMALL/LARGE IN THE FOOT?

Often, we can resolve fitting issues in the foot area by sending you new insoles and/or a heel wedge. If the boot feels a bit too large, a thicker insole will solve the problem perfectly. If the boot is slightly too tight, we can send a thinner insole, which will also resolve the issue. Therefore, it’s important that you contact us BEFORE returning the boot, as the problem can often be easily fixed by sending you new insoles.

You can try removing the insole at home to feel how much extra space your foot has. If you have a thinner insole at home, you can of course use that as well. Experiment to find what fits you best.

TRY THE BOOTS WHILE RIDING

We offer something quite unique by allowing you, as a customer, to try the boots while riding for a full month. If you’re not satisfied, you’ll get your money back. The reason we can offer a trial period is that we understand how challenging it can be to order riding boots without having the chance to try them first.

Here's how it works:

  1. After you pick up your riding boots, you can start using them.
  2. If you’re not happy with the boots, contact us within 30 days from the date you received them.
  3. Reach out to us at support@noohnooh.com and let us know what you’re not satisfied with.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the riding boots.

You can easily reach us at support@noohnooh.com or through our chat feature on the website.

CHANGE TO ANOTHER SIZE?
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us first so we can reserve the other size for you. If you're in a hurry to receive the new boots, we recommend placing a new order and then returning your other pair. This is much quicker than waiting for your return before we can send out the exchange.

30-DAY TRIAL PERIOD
You have 30 days to try the riding boots, but you must contact us at support@noohnooh.com and return the boots within this time frame to exercise your right to return used riding boots. The trial period only includes riding boots, not shoes and short chaps.

30-DAY OPEN PURCHASE
If you wish to return your products, you can do so within 30 days from when you picked up your order. All products must be returned in new condition with the dustbag you received your riding boots in. If you received anything else with your order, such as a saddle pad with the purchase of riding boots, the unused saddle pad must also be returned. Use the return label you received with your order. If you've lost it, we can email you a new one.

You can reach us easily at support@noohnooh.com or in our chat found on the website.

HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE IS THERE BETWEEN SIZES

Generally, you can think that if you go up one shoe size, e.g., from 39 to 40, the boot will also be 0.5 cm higher and 0.5 cm wider in the calf. If you go from 39 to 38, it will be 0.5 cm lower and 0.5 cm tighter.

If you have, for example, 39 2 HIGH and it feels very tight, and you wonder if 39 3 HIGH would be better, you can calculate that the difference in widths within the same shoe size is about 1.5-2 cm. That’s quite a lot if you feel that the boot might be just a little too tight. If you can't zip it up at all, you should go up a size in the calf.

Another example could be that shoe size 39 2 HIGH feels a bit too tight in the foot but is perfect in height and width. In that case, we will replace your insole so you have more space in your foot without changing anything else. Since we will insert a thinner insole, the boot may become a few millimeters higher, but if that’s not desired, a heel wedge can solve it.

You can try removing the insole at home to feel how much extra space your foot gets.

IS THE RIDING BOOT TOO HIGH?
The most important thing is that the riding boot is not too low; it's better for it to be too high than too low. If the boot feels a bit too high, we can send you heel wedges to use at the beginning.

Watch our video on how to stretch the boot shaft before putting on your boots for the first time. Take your time, allowing the shaft to warm up thoroughly from your body heat.

If you absolutely can't zip up the riding boot even after following these steps, then you should consider switching to a wider width of your boot. However, remember that the boot will stretch in the shaft, and if you can get the zipper up, you SHOULD NOT CHANGE THE WIDTH. Ride in your boots a few times, and they will fit perfectly.

Trust us, we know!
